Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business for the best possible service.

Cooperate with PMC Marketing to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.

Make timely payments for services rendered as per agreed pricing.

Payment and Pricing

Payment for services must be made in advance or as agreed in the contract.

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods outlined on our website.

Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated prior to service delivery.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

A session missed without prior cancellation will be considered a "no-show" and will not be refunded.

Clients can cancel services with 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Any cancellations within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

Confidentiality

All client information, including but not limited to business data, financial information, and marketing materials, will be kept confidential. We will not share this information without your explicit consent unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

PMC Marketing is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of using our services, including but not limited to business revenue, website traffic, or client relationships.

Intellectual Property

All content created by PMC Marketing for clients, including branding, copywriting, images, and designs, remains the intellectual property of PMC Marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the client fails to meet payment obligations or violates the terms outlined in this agreement.

Changes to Terms

PMC Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
